The high quality and environmental demands of our customers, the authorities and society on our products and production facilities are an essential part of our corporate principles.
We want to be a reliable partner for our customers in the long term. To ensure this, we strive for long-term and stable growth. We ensure this through innovative strength, customer proximity, versatility and sustainable action.
For us, sustainable action includes compliance with legal requirements relating to the environment and energy, as well as adherence to ethical and social standards, as set out in our compliance guidelines.
We are constantly improving with the help of our integrated management system (IMS). We continuously improve our environmental performance, avoid environmental pollution and optimize the energy efficiency of our facilities. We are committed to the climate targets of the European Union. We want to make our contribution to reducing greenhouse gases as much as possible.
We achieve all this through a high level of awareness and personal responsibility on the part of our employees and managers, who tackle and shape the issues of quality, energy, environment and sustainability through their personal commitment and actions.

All products, processes and procedures are evaluated in terms of „quality“, „environment“, „energy consumption“ and „occupational safety“ in the planning environment and at the workplaces.
We implement risk analyses and rectify detected errors. We determine the quality, energy and environmental aspects in the company and derive respective objectives from them. As a consequence, we ensure constant improvement in the fields of quality, environment and energy-related performance. The respective resources are provided by the company management in order to achieve these objectives. We commit to preventing environmental pollution and damage and to continually improving our environmental footprint.
We are also committed to informing our suppliers, service providers as well as people who are temporarily active at our premises of the quality, energy and environmental policies, and to incorporating them into our quality, energy and environmental management system.
The applicable elements of IATF 16949, DIN EN ISO 14001, DIN EN ISO 50001 and DIN EN ISO 9001 apply to all areas, products and services of our company.
Compliance with legal regulations and standards.
Regular evaluation of processes.
Shared responsibility by all employees.
With the help of software-supported simulations (FEM – Finite Element Method software), we ensure process reliability for the development and design of components and component sections. Furthermore, we use FMEA with regard to error prevention and technical reliability. FMEA or “Failure Mode and Effects Analysis” refers to the preemptive examination of production processes to assess wheter errors can be avoided or their harmful effects minimised.
In this way, through consistent error prevention, we make a considerable contribution to cost reduction, especially in complex tasks.
Whether through APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) or FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) – with our services we fulfil all common quality standards for a diverse range of processes.
This means that our customers can rely on an optimum combination of safety and cost-effectiveness according to current standards for every project, across the board, at all times.
