HMT – Häseler Metall Technik was founded through a management buy-out of Dual (consumer electronics) in 1983 and has stood for the highest standards of precision and maximum cleanliness of machine components ever since. To achieve this we have servo presses with a compressive force of up to 400 tonnes and spray degreasing systems up to 60 m long. We are experts in the development of the most complex tools and state-of-the-art production processes as well as the monitoring of these systems.
HMT specialises in providing high-quality, professional complete solutions in the field of stamping and forming technology. From stamping, forming and deep drawing through to cleaning, in-line inspection and the installation of complete assemblies. Thanks to our on-site toolmaking services, sophisticated equipment and our committed staff with their in-depth knowledge and skills, we are able to fulfil almost every customer requirement. Our processes and procedures meet the highest standards for the automotive industry.
