So k\u00f6nne man sich breiter aufstellen und hochpr\u00e4zise Teile liefern, erkl\u00e4rt Klimmer.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Anlieferung und Einbringung des ca. 100 Tonnen schweren und aus zwei Teilen bestehenden Kolosses vollbrachten die Beteiligten eine logistische Meisterleistung. Millimeterarbeit war gefragt, um das Kopfst\u00fcck und den Unterbau an den vorgesehenen Platz in der Produktionshalle zu bringen. Die engen G\u00e4nge boten je Seite teilweise nur 3 cm Luft.<\/p>\n<p>Laut technischem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Joachim H\u00f6lzl ist der Ablauf bei dem neuen Stanzautomat frei programmierbar. \u201eSomit sind wir deutlich effizienter\u201c, sagt H\u00f6lzl. Metallstreifen unterschiedlicher Breite und einer Dicke von bis zu 3 mm werden von einer Rolle zugef\u00fchrt und mit 400 Tonnen Pressdruck in mehreren nacheinander folgenden Arbeitsschritten bearbeitet.
