><p>FEM steht f\u00fcr \u201eFinite-Elemente-Methode\u201c und ist ein anerkanntes Verfahren, \u00fcber Einbeziehung zahlreicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Variablen die physikalischen Eigenschaften einer Konstruktion vorhersagen zu k\u00f6nnen. Konkret werden in einer FEM-Simulation \u00fcber Berechnungen Aussagen dazu gemacht, wie sich ein Teil durch Bearbeitung in seinen physikalischen Eigenschaften (z.B. Wandst\u00e4rke, Festigkeit, Statik) ver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p>Unterschiedlichste Materialien, Verbundmaterialien, Geometrien und Bauteilgr\u00f6\u00dfen \u2013 wir sind in der Lage, nahezu jedes Bauteil auf Fehler zu untersuchen. Hierf\u00fcr steht uns eine umfangreiche Palette an Pr\u00fcfverfahren zur Verf\u00fcgung. Um die Realisierbarkeit eines Bearbeitungsschritts unter bestimmten Rahmenbedingungen zu pr\u00fcfen, werden im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsstudie verschiedene L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze analysiert. Wir f\u00fchren eine FEM-Simulation f\u00fcr die Spannungs- oder Fertigkeitsanalyse eines Bauteils durch und \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen die Ergebnisse mit skalierten Prototypen-Versuchen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
